  Horrible experience with this store. I have ordered edible arrangements muitlplw times from different stores, always 100% 5/5 stars. Unfortently this Olney location didn't treat me, the customer with respect or understanding. The store employee , rose or Rosie is very hard to understand, rude and hung up the phone on me. On Saturday I placed an order for delivery on Sunday , Father's Day . 8pm Sunday night I receive a call saying the arrangement melted in the drivers car and cannot be delivered until Monday. I was very upset that I didn't find out about this till 8pm on Father's Day. I tell her that it would be okay for redelievery Monday but I would like some sort of compensation or refund . Monday comes , my father lets me know he still hasn't received anything. I call customer service, they were very helpful and tell me that they called the Olnely store and it can be delivered today Monday after 7pm. I say great thank you. 5 mins later, Rose calls me from the store saying that it is not possible to delivery today and that she thought I wanted a refund and to replace my order again. I try to state to her that she is incorrect and that is not what we concluded on Sunday night, she tries to continue to correct me then says "omg that is not what you said" then hangs up on me... Very upset and mad with edible arrangements, not sure what they look for in there franchise owners or store employees, if you read the majority of reviews for this store, it's horrible. Not sure if I will ever use edible arrangements again or not. Just wanted to share my experience with potential customers. BEWARNED BAD SERVICE
