  Got there as soon as they opened this morning to get my right headlight replaced, staff was nice enough but obviously preoccupied with other things. I waited for almost an hour for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do and it needed body work. I wouldn't have an issue with that except my car was in plain view the entire time and they looked at it for a total of ten minutes. A total waste of my time I would not recommend going here for basic maintenance because their business is clearly not geared towards that. Again I would not have a problem with that except they offer that kind of service so its unacceptable to me that they are so piss poor at it. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because they were very nice and apologetic about wasting my time. Nice people, bad service.

  I was in Olney the other day and found myself with a flat tire and a malfunctioning jack. I called AAA and they sent the call to Fletchers. I was told to expect the driver in about 40 minutes and I'm pretty sure that he arrived sooner. Brad was like a Boy Scout (Trustworthy, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind). He changed my tire quickly and had me on my way. Overall, this was a very good service call in which I am totally satisfied.
